Ped crossings get face-lift
Tilghman due for road-surface repairs at Cedar Crest as well, but none in sight. Q: My question is about the curbing work being done at the intersection of Cedar Crest Boulevard and Tilghman Street. All four corners are torn up, and it looks like all they're doing is replacing the curbing to include curb dips. Is this the case? If so, to what purpose?
